Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking part-time drivers/associates to perform delivery and collection tasks with flexible hours and the ability to earn based on performance. Training is provided to maximize efficiency and meet project standards.

You can choose when and how much you earn, with paid drive time and mileage reimbursement. A reliable vehicle, valid license, and ability to work in stores’ cold areas are required.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collection of items in these store aisles.

Responsibilities

• Complete delivery/collection assignments as scheduled and within client windows.
• Attend the detailed training provided by RDSolutions.
• Collect items and verify accuracy while following project criteria.
• Track hours and mileage as required for reimbursement and payroll.
