Qualifications

• Ability to be prompt, tactful, calm, courteous, and professional in all interactions.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Must be able to read shelf tags, signs, product labels, training materials, bulletins, etc.
• Available and able to perform stock clerk duties and customer service duties as scheduled or assigned.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pricing documentation accuracy in-store.
• Maintain store UPC File (price changes, deletions, new items).
• Test scan all vendors and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain weekly ad item in the scanning file.
• Housekeeping in computer room and power backup checks.
• Copy PLU File twice a week.
• Maintain documentation on all retail accounting.
• Test scan the entire store every 6–8 weeks.
• Maintain Special Report File (A.C. Nielsen, Sami, Special Item Movement).
• Adhere to company policies on dress, grooming, sanitation, and harassment-free environment.
• Work mornings/afternoons/evenings/nights as needed; weekends/holidays as needed.
• Communicate effectively with customers and associates.
• Perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
