Position Purpose:
Represent our store's image in a positive manner by providing our customers with helpful, courteous service. Responsible for correctly changing store prices effectively and timely according to ad.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Honest, team-oriented person with a good work ethic and productive nature.
• Detail-oriented and able to perform work accurately.
• Able to work with confidential information.
• Computer knowledge.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers in a friendly, courteous, positive, and enthusiastic manner.
• Set new ad price tags and signs on evenings or mornings as needed.
• Take down old ad price tags and signs on evenings or mornings as needed.
• Change price tags weekly.
• Perform price verifications.
• Knowledge of allowance tags.
• Know all products and their locations in the store.
• Follow store sign program as directed by the corporate office.
• Greet customers using the Ten Foot Rule.
• Assist customers in locating items in the store.
• Face and rotate existing products as needed.
• Perform other duties when needed, including cashiering, stocking, rotating and facing merchandise, bagging groceries, cleaning, etc.
• Stay productive while on duty.
• Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift 20 lbs occasionally and 10 lbs regularly.
• Stand for the duration of the work shift.
• Regular reaching, stooping, and kneeling.
