Job summary

Winpak Ltd. is seeking a detail‑oriented Costing Analyst to support pricing decisions and profitability. You will review customer quotations, analyze BOMs, and partner with sales to develop competitive pricing while protecting margins.

The role involves monitoring daily margin reports, analyzing costs and market data, and collaborating on costing, quoting, and sales analysis with manufacturing and other departments. This is a full‑time, on-site position in Kentucky.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Experience performing basic mathematical calculations, data analysis, and reporting activities.
• Written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• This position is for a full-time day shift role.
• Standard office schedule with occasional interaction in warehouse and production environments.
• This position is 100% onsite.
