Job summary

Datavant is seeking a Pricing & Contract Operations Analyst to translate contractual pricing into enterprise systems and downstream billing processes. You will act as a control point between contract execution and billing, ensuring accurate pricing, setup, and configuration across CRM, ERP, and financial systems.

You will collaborate with Sales, Client Success, Finance, Billing, Accounting, IT, and Operations on new implementations, pricing changes, and ongoing account maintenance, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 2–4 years in pricing, contract administration, billing, revenue operations, or related role.
• Experience reviewing contracts or pricing schedules and translating requirements into system or account setup.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of billing processes, pricing administration, and account reconciliation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts and amendments to interpret pricing structures, billing terms, rate schedules, and account requirements.
• Validate pricing and setup requests against contracts and resolve discrepancies before implementation.
• Create and maintain customer accounts, projects, pricing, and payer sites across enterprise systems.
• Configure and maintain pricing, rates, and account information across CRM, ERP, billing, and financial systems.
• Ensure pricing and account information is accurate and consistent across systems for proper billing.
• Support new customer implementations, contract amendments, pricing changes, and ongoing account changes.
• Research and resolve pricing or setup discrepancies and contract-to-system inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, Finance, Billing, Accounting, IT, and Operations to clarify requirements.
• Manage pricing and account setup requests while balancing priorities and deadlines.
• Maintain contract, pricing, and account setup documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve pricing controls and system workflows.
