Job summary

Motion Industries, Inc. is seeking a BI Pricing & Data Analyst to design, develop, and maintain Power BI analytics for pricing, margins, and business insights. You will translate ERP and transaction data into trusted models and dashboards, supporting commercial and leadership decision-making.

You will lead migration efforts from Qlik Sense to Power BI, collaborate across functions, and ensure data quality and self-service analytics adoption. Strong SQL, Excel, and Python/R skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, data analytics, finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, or related field.
• Typically 3–5 years of related BI, data analytics, pricing analytics, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with ERP, pricing, cost, and financial data is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain Power BI dataflows and semantic models.
• Create dashboards and reports to show price realization, margins, and pricing trends.
• Migrate Qlik Sense implementations to Power BI including data mapping and testing.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product Management, and Ops to answer pricing questions.
