Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking an experienced pricing tools consultant to implement, configure, and maintain automated pricing systems. The role focuses on strategic delivery and modernization of pricing tools with emphasis on VBA, SQL, Power Query, API, and Power Platform.

You will collaborate with Strategic Finance, Proposal Management, Contracts, and Commercial Operations to define integration processes and ensure data integrity across systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field or demonstrated equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience developing and automating pricing, financial, or business process tools using Excel, VBA, SQL, and data transformations.
• Knowledge of pricing, contracts, and cross‑functional data flows is a plus.
• 2+ years' CRO, clinical systems, or pricing technology experience desired.
• Familiarity with clinical trials, patient safety, data integrity, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure pricing tools and production systems meet service level agreements by analyzing and resolving issues and applying bug fixes per SOPs.
• Design and implement software solutions for data integration, automation, monitoring, and reporting across platforms (VBA, SQL, Power Query, API, Power Platform).
• Lead pricing tool modernization and consolidation efforts to support REBOOT Pricing Strategy.
• Prepare and review specifications, plans, reports, and technical documentation across development and support phases.
• Translate user requirements into technical designs for pricing tools and automation.
• Document design and integration work for pricing systems and data flows.
