Job summary

DHL is seeking a Pricing Analyst to support the Pricing Supervisor and work with cross-functional teams to develop pricing proposals and scenarios. The role involves analytical support for customer pricing proposals and updating/testing new commercial models.

Key duties include creating proposals, managing the quote process, validating quotes, and inputting rates into SAP. Strong Excel skills and pricing analytics experience are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Preferred degrees: Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 2 years of working experience in pricing, engineering, or financial analytics.
• High proficiency in MS Excel required; MS Access, SAP, Salesforce and SQL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create pricing proposals for both new and existing accounts.
• Interface with cross functional teams to provide accurate pricing proposals.
• Manage quote process; interface with peers and managers for support and guidance as needed.
• Utilize department policies and recommend alternative pricing tactics.
• Review and validate pricing quotes to ensure accuracy and consistency with guidelines.
• Input customer rates for accounts into SAP accurately and timely.
• Respond timely and accurately to Sales requests.
• Understand and follow SOPs and KPIs to improve efficiency, speed, accuracy, and quality.
• Support onboarding of new team members.
• Enter changes to surcharges and account updates in SAP.
• Provide support for GRI process.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
