Job summary

Uline is seeking a Pricing Analytics Manager to lead the pricing analytics team at our Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will drive the pricing strategy, deliver enhanced reporting, and provide actionable insights to support the growing Sales organization.

You will mentor analysts, collaborate with Sales, Pricing, Merchandising, and Executives, and manage the configuration of pricing software to improve recommendations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Operations, Finance, Pricing or Sales with team leadership experience.
• Experience using Excel/SQL to interpret complex data and provide insights.
• Strong communication skills with ability to present to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executive leadership to refine discounting strategies.
• Enhance reporting and analysis capabilities using BI tools.
• Communicate results to senior leaders with actionable insights.
• Direct projects with Sales, Pricing, Merchandising, Inside Sales and Executive Operations.
• Support configuration and management of pricing software producing recommendations.
• Mentor analysts on sales quoting data analysis.
