Job summary

AXA XL is seeking a data-focused Pricing Analytics professional to build robust BI solutions, data models, and dashboards that empower pricing actuaries and underwriters. The role emphasizes data transformation, cross-functional collaboration, and governance across Databricks, Python, and Power BI.

You will partner with pricing professionals to deliver end-to-end BI solutions, explore AI methods for analytics, and maintain clear data documentation for transparency and hand-offs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on coder who can build robust BI solutions.
• Experience developing BI dashboards, reports and data models that translate business needs into KPIs and indicators.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills with ability to diagnose issues and explain findings.

Responsibilities

• Gather, transform and model data from internal and external sources for dashboards and analytics.
• Develop and iterate BI dashboards providing pricing and underwriting insights.
• Collaborate with actuaries, underwriters and IT to translate requirements into data solutions.
• Manage projects end-to-end including scoping, planning and delivery tracking.
• Apply AI and BI methods to improve data and reporting.
• Document data models, pipelines and solutions for maintainability.
