Job summary

Southwestern Health Resources seeks a Pricing Analyst I to support analytics across ASC, urgent care, and imaging centers. You will validate rate sheets and assist with contract modeling and renewals.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 1 year of experience with Access, SQL, Excel or modeling tools. A hybrid work arrangement is available with daytime hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Math, Finance or related field is required.
• 1 year of experience with Microsoft Access, SQL, Excel or modeling tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis for ASCs, urgent care, and imaging centers; review payer and physician analytics.
• Support contract modeling and renewal activities; validate rate sheets and documents for accuracy.
• Attend meetings, capture decisions and follow up as needed.
• Provide analytics for commercial payers across ambulatory centers; develop contract models and ad hoc analyses.
• Assist with market research to inform service line pricing and margins; support PowerPoint presentations.

Southwestern Health Resources is looking for a highly skilled Pricing Analysts I. Is that you?

Work Hours: Full Time Days (8:00am-5:00pm) for 40 hrs/week (remote work allowed at manager's discretion)

What You Will Do

Lead analysis for ASCs, urgent care, and imaging centers, including reviewing payer and physician-based analytics and supporting contract modeling and renewal activities. Validate rate sheets and contract documents to ensure accuracy and alignment with negotiated terms. Attend JOC meetings, capture key decisions and action items, and support follow-up as needed.

Support analytics for assigned commercial payers across ambulatory surgery centers, imaging centers, urgent care, and home health. Review physician-based analytics, develop and evaluate contract models, and perform ad hoc analyses to identify trends, assess performance, and support strategic business and contracting decisions.

Work with CBO on payment issues and attend JOC meetings.

Assist parent companies with projects as it relates to reimbursement.

Provide analysis and recommendations around service line pricing and margins using market research. Assist with Power Point presentations.
