The Reporting & Analytics Analyst, supporting the Hubbell Electrical Solutions (HES) Pricing COE, will play a pivotal role in driving pricing excellence across the HES business by developing and maintaining core quote and pricing KPI’s, providing insightful pricing reports that support efficient pricing execution, and performing ad-hoc research and analysis to answer key questions from pricing and business management teams. Critical to success in this role is a deep technical understanding of data modeling design principles, proficiency with the full suite of MS O365 products including advanced Excel and Power BI skills, and a creative approach to breaking down complex requirements and solutioning with imperfect data. Additionally, to thrive in this role requires a self-starter mentality, exceptional critical thinking skills, and the ability to independently solve complex problems supported by data.
