Job summary

The candidate will enhance pricing processes, support multiple divisions, and drive pricing excellence while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders. Lighting industry background is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of pricing analysis experience in manufacturing or distribution
• Experience in the lighting industry is a plus
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel and SQL; familiarity with P21 software is desirable
• Ability to propose innovative pricing solutions and communicate with sales teams

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing structures for job quotes based on market trends
• Manage customer pricing in P21/ERP systems
• Analyze pricing results including trends, turnaround time, win ratios, and price competitiveness
• Collaborate with sales to understand needs and provide pricing information
• Leverage Excel and Power BI to analyze pricing data
• Build relationships with sales to align on pricing strategies
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in pricing
• Maintain competitive market data and prepare pricing trend reports
• Support pricing-related projects and expansion to all divisions
