Job summary

Frontgrade Technologies is seeking a Pricing Analyst III to develop accurate, compliant cost estimates for pricing. You will collaborate with Business Development, Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Senior Management to shape pricing strategy aligned with customer satisfaction and profitability.

The role requires reviewing RFP pricing requirements, analyzing all cost elements, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS, and building cost models to support proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a pricing/cost estimation role.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS or government contracting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review the pricing requirements of RFPs and customer requests for contract modifications and participate in development of a pricing strategy.
• Review all elements of cost including direct labor, material, ODC, and indirect costs to ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and Frontgrade procedures.
• Ensure cost proposals are prepared timely and accurately in accordance with FAR 15-408 Table 15-2 and all regulatory and compliance requirements including TINA, FAR, DFARS, and CAS.
• Collaborate with functional departments to coordinate cost, scheduling, and performance elements and develop cost models to support proposal efforts.
• Assist with the development of intelligence-based pricing standards, strategies, and best practices and integrate them throughout the organization.
• Utilize MS Office Suite (Excel emphasized) and other Pricing tools as necessary.

The Pricing Analyst III’s primary focus will be to develop accurate, compliant cost estimates for pricing. The Pricing Analyst will collaborate with Business Development/Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Senior Management to develop a pricing strategy that will best meet the company’s goals for customer satisfaction and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Review the pricing requirements of Requests for Proposals and customer requests for contract modifications and participate in development of a pricing strate
• Review all elements of cost including direct labor, material, ODC, and indirect costs in ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, and Frontgrade procedures
• Ensure cost proposals are prepared timely and accurately in accordance with FAR 15-408 Table 15-2 and all regulatory and compliance requirements including TINA, FAR, DFARS, and CAS
• Work collaboratively with functional departments to coordinate the collection and accumulation of cost, scheduling, and performance elements and research and analyze historical data and develop cost models to support proposal efforts
• Assist with the development of intelligence-based pricing standards, strategies, and best practices where applicable and integrate the same throughout the organization; ensuring all departments are aware of and utilizing them in preparation of their cost input
• Utilize MS Office Suite (emphasis on Excel) and other Pricing tools as necessary

• Related Field of Study (Bachelor's degree)

Experience

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in a specialized functional discipline. OR (9) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors Degree. OR (3) years of experience may be considered w/ a Masters Degree.
