Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is hiring a Pricing Analyst to support new business growth and client retention through pricing and profitability analysis. You'll collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Operations to evaluate costs, analyze trends, and develop pricing recommendations.

Responsibilities include analyzing pricing, revenue, costs and margins; creating and enhancing pricing models and reports; identifying opportunities; and presenting insights to improve financial performance for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and four+ years of quantitative analysis experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
• Pricing-related experience including pricing management or financial analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze pricing, revenue, costs and margins to support business decisions and growth.
• Partner with Sales, Account Managers, and Operations to develop accurate client pricing proposals.
• Identify trends, variances, and opportunities through financial and profitability analysis.
• Create and enhance pricing models, reports, and analytical tools used across the business.
• Recommend process improvements to drive efficiency and better pricing outcomes.
• Present insights and recommendations to improve financial performance for clients.
