Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 6 years of Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting related experience - OR - a Master’s degree with 0 years of related experience.
• Experience in pricing, finance, contracts, business and/or business operations.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and complete work timely in a deadline driven environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team environment to develop proposals in response to customer requests.
• Prepare proposals in compliance with applicable government regulations and internal policies.
• Present proposal recommendations to management.
• Prepare certified cost and pricing data packages.
• Support proposal audits and negotiations with customers.
