Job summary

BlueScope Coated Products is seeking a Pricing Analyst to quote and price products per customer specs and market needs. This role is highly analytical and collaborates with Sales and Customer Experience teams to set competitive prices.

Key responsibilities include quote generation, pricing adjustments, and developing data sources and models to identify opportunities and margin improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in pricing or related field.
• Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
• Solid math skills including percentages and statistics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; PriceFx a plus.

Responsibilities

• Quote generation, review, and pricing adjustments per customer specs.
• Develop data sources, models, and methods for pricing improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Sales and Customer Experience.
• Maintain price building tables that drive quoting systems.
• Follow documented pricing parameters and demonstrate analytical thinking.
