Job summary

McLane Company is seeking a Pricing Analyst to support the Pricing Manager and Analysts in ensuring pricing accuracy and profitability across stores. You will review pricing data, validate orders, and identify process improvements to drive efficiency.

Work with JD Edwards Advanced Pricing System, conduct weekly audits, and help maintain up-to-date SOPs. This role requires attention to detail, strong English communication, and a collaborative mindset within a nationwide distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% correct pricing for all stores.
• Verify and correct pricing on purchase orders, sales orders and credit orders; improve related processes.
• Assist Pricing team in the review and analysis of financial and profitability reports.
• Conduct weekly pricing audits and maintenance of the JD Edwards Advanced Pricing System.
• Process purchase order confirmations, accounts payable, and product price variance reconciliation.
• Investigate pricing errors with vendors, AP, customers, or partners and resolve them.
• Process daily data transmission documents from the Customer; work with multiple customers with varying processes.
