The role requires 3–5 years of pricing or financial analysis experience, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and the ability to communicate complex data to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics or related field; MBA/advanced degree a plus.
• 3–5 years of pricing, financial analysis, revenue management or related roles.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills; proficient in Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Experience with pricing strategy and competitive analysis in B2B or B2C environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., Great Plains & Business Central).

Responsibilities

• Analyze historical sales data, benchmarks, customer behavior, and market trends to inform pricing decisions.
• Develop and refine pricing models and frameworks to support initiatives and launches.
• Collaborate with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align pricing with business goals.
• Monitor pricing performance metrics and recommend adjustments.
• Conduct pricing impact assessments, scenario modeling, and what-if analyses.
• Support pricing governance and ensure policy compliance.
• Present data-driven insights to leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintain and improve pricing tools, dashboards, and reporting systems.
