Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a Pricing Analyst to ensure timely resolution of pricing inquiries and support the KDS strategic pricing team with data analysis, process documentation and price updates.

The role requires strong customer service, analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Oracle ERP and BOE. Collaboration with Sales, Operations and CS teams is essential to maintain accurate pricing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service and data analysis experience.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience with Excel, Power BI, Oracle ERP and BOE is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the pricing inbox and respond to inquiries in a timely, priority-driven manner.
• Collaborate with Pricing Analysts to update pricing across companies.
• Assist in filing rebates with vendors as needed.
• Translate high volumes of data into meaningful information for decisions.
• Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
