Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. in engineering, accounting or business administration required
• 3–5 years industry-related or cost accounting experience preferred
• Analytical abilities with attention to detail
• Knowledge of truck components, engineering release, bills of material preferred
• Ability to analyze ambiguous and complex information and make sound business decisions
• Familiarity with Word, Excel, Access and CMS-80 or similar systems

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain information for a specific group of options.
• Maintain all relevant option data in OMS.
• Identify part numbers and bills of material appropriate for calculating the cost and price of a given option.
• Provide data analysis and recommendations to support pricing initiatives.
• Create relationships with suppliers and internal representatives from Marketing, Engineering, and Corporate Purchasing.
• Coordinate release of pricing information with Engineering and Marketing for new product introductions.
• Respond to requests for unpublished option prices.
• Support pricing activities, including cost estimation, content management and ad hoc analysis.
