Do it Best is seeking an entry-level Pricing Analyst in Fort Wayne, IN to execute retail and wholesale pricing strategies. You will work with the Merchandising team to ensure pricing is competitive, accurate, and profitable, supporting sales, margin, and market positioning goals.

The role requires strong analytical ability, data-driven mindset, and effective cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders across the pricing, merchandising, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of related experience in Finance, Merchandising, Pricing, or similar field.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and Relational Databases (SQL).

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain member cost and suggested retail pricing to support margin objectives.
• Monitor market and competitor pricing for market-aligned decisions.
• Support line reviews through pricing analysis.
• Respond to member pricing inquiries with timely resolution.
• Collaborate with Merchandising and cross-functional teams.
• Extract, analyze large datasets to generate pricing insights.
