Why join us? As the team's micro specialist, the Pricing Analyst is the expert on granular, model-level competitive dynamics. This role provides deep analysis and concrete recommendations on pricing and positioning to win at the shelf and on the account level, acting as a direct analytical partner to the sales team and a key reporting liaison to corporate office & finance team. We offer 3000 – 3600 Eur gross salary and variable quarterly bonus to the maximum of 70% of the quarterly basic monthly gross salary (up to 6300 – 7560 Eur gross per quarter) based on sales results and individual KPI execution. Competitor Hitlist Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis on a "hitlist" of key competitor models, meticulously tracking their pricing, promotions, and channel placement.
Pricing & Positioning: Model potential pricing dynamics and provide concrete recommendations on where each of our models should be placed to succeed against specific competitors in specific channels.
Account-Level Sales Support: Act as a direct analytical partner to the sales team. Provide account-level pricing, promotional analysis, and data-driven arguments to support negotiations and joint business planning.
Profitability & Simulation: Run profit simulations for proposed promotions and pricing actions to ensure all commercial activities are financially sound. Own the detailed tracking of the product P&L.
Sales Planning & Reporting: Manage the monthly sales and target planning process, preparing updates and reports for submission to corporate office in close collaboration to finance team.
Demand & Forecast Planning: Own the analytical side of Demand Planning (DP) and Promo FCST, using sell-out data and pricing plans to improve forecast accuracy.
Inventory Management Analysis: Monitor inventory levels (S/I), flagging risks and proposing pricing or promotional actions to manage aging stock (EOH) effectively.
