Job summary

Autodesk seeks a Pricing Analyst to join the Pricing team in San Francisco. You will drive rigorous pricing analytics, translate data into insights, and support monetization strategies across subscription, API, and AI offers.

You will collaborate with Industry, Finance, and Sales to validate pricing models, develop impact analyses, and present data-driven recommendations that maximize growth and margin. A Bachelor's degree is required, MBA is a plus.

  • B2B SaaS pricing or monetization experience a plus
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
  • Good written and verbal communication with ability to influence
  • Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and balance projects
  • Growth mindset and quick learner
  • Knowledge of credits-based pricing, AI pricing and product analytics a plus
  • Knowledge of SaaS and Sales Metrics a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus

Position Overview

We have an opportunity for a Pricing Analyst to join our Pricing team, reporting to Director of Pricing and Analytics. In this pivotal role, you will drive rigorous pricing analytics which support Autodesk evolving portfolio of offerings, enabling data-driven decisions that maximize growth, margin, and customer value. Collaborating closely with Industry teams, Finance, and Pricing Operations, you will translate complex data into clear insights, recommend pricing strategies, and help operationalize new monetization models across the business.

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $78,000 and $140,360. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
