This Pricing Analyst will form part of a team that is responsible for the overall risk rating for Employee Benefit Risk schemes; both new and renewal business, across South Africa. The ideal incumbent should have a thorough understanding of Group Risk business for different products in for South Africa with specific knowledge of the Retirement fund industry. This includes understanding of Systems, Processes and Procedures. This individual will serve as a liaison with all internal and external stakeholders as defined per risk specialist. Holistic overview of Employee Benefit Risk Business with specific emphasis on sales, quotes and operations. The overall purpose of the role is to ensure business growth and client retention while ensuring profit expectations are achieved. This requires continued engagement with relevant stakeholders and a good understanding of the market space we operate within.
