Booz Allen is seeking a Pricing Analyst in the United States (Maryland) to manage the cost and price proposal process, ensuring submissions are accurate, compliant, and complete. You will apply pricing expertise to develop pricing approaches and support competitive cost narratives.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate cost elements, align technical and price volumes, and mentor junior staff as needed. A Secret clearance is required or obtainable during the process.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pricing experience in federal government or commercial environments.
• Experience obtaining and reviewing estimates for cost elements.
• Ability to counsel proposal teams on price strategy.
• Ability to support a fast-paced, high-volume, and varied workload.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.

Pricing Analyst

The Opportunity:

Manage the cost and price proposal process to ensure all submissions are accurate, compliant, and complete, meeting external client requirements, company standards, and established estimating system requirements. Apply specific functional expertise and general industry knowledge to develop and refine pricing approaches, supporting high-quality proposal deliverables and competitive, well-supported cost narratives. Develop or contribute to product and solution pricing activities addressing moderately complex pricing and proposal challenges, including validating pricing inputs, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment between technical, cost, and price volumes. Work independently with some guidance and may review, mentor, or guide activities of junior pricing staff.

You Have:

• 2+ years of experience as a pricing analyst or with pricing in a federal government or commercial environment
• Experience obtaining and reviewing estimates for cost elements
• Ability to counsel proposal teams on price strategy
• Ability to support a fast-paced, high-volume, and varied workload
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience pricing various contract types across various contract vehicles
• Experience developing or delivering price strategy presentations or analyses and training to executives and key decision-makers
• Knowledge of system integration, the use of information technology, and advanced intelligence systems and tools
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
