Full-time | Pricing | Location – Olathe, KS

TVH is seeking a results-oriented Pricing Analyst with strong analytical and communication skills to join our Pricing team at our office in Olathe, KS. As a Pricing Analyst, you'll be responsible for setting and maintaining sales pricing for the core market, guided by competitive analysis, market pricing, and targeted profit margins. Additionally, you'll lead small to moderately complex projects and have the chance to contribute to various change initiatives while working with cutting-edge pricing technology.

Your Role And Responsibilities

• Set, update and maintain OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and customer pricing in company systems and databases.
• Monitor key metrics daily to ensure optimal pricing that drives sales performance and profitability, aligned with company targets.
• Collaborate with Sales and Purchasing to develop and refine pricing strategies for sales channels and product categories.
• Develop market analysis skills to identify trends and recommend price adjustments to meet profit margins and stay competitive.
• Participate in sales and contract pricing reviews.
• Resolve basic or moderately complex pricing discrepancies, ensuring accurate data in ERP and other databases.
• Prepare monthly reports and analyses for management in your designated business area.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years of relevant experience with pricing functions.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and office tools.
• Ability to analyze data independently, propose improvements, and implement solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex pricing questions.
• Knowledge of sales processes and strategies.
• Experience in material handling or industrial parts pricing is a plus.
