Job summary

Are you experienced in government contracting and enjoy turning complex requirements into competitive pricing strategies? We're looking for a Pricing Analyst to join a growing Business Development team in Huntsville, AL.

In this role, you'll have direct visibility with leadership and play a key part in helping secure new federal business opportunities. You'll collaborate with proposal, capture, business development, and program teams to build compliant, competitive, and profitable bids.

What You'll Do

• Develop pricing strategies and cost proposals for federal contract pursuits
• Analyze RFP requirements and build labor and cost estimates
• Conduct Price-to-Win (PTW) and competitive pricing analyses
• Create and maintain pricing models using advanced Excel and financial modeling techniques
• Support proposal development and submission efforts
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and competitive proposals

What We're Looking For

• Experience developing cost proposals and pricing strategies for competitive bids

• Knowledge of FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and CAS (Cost Accounting Standards)
