This role is responsible for analyzing market data, supporting pricing strategies, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. The Pricing Analyst will play a key role in evaluating pricing performance, maintaining pricing systems, and supporting product marketing initiatives through market segmentation and competitive insights.What you will be doing:Collect and analyze data related to market conditions, cost structures, and competitor pricingDevelop insights and recommendations to support pricing strategies and standardizationMonitor and analyze market price intelligence to identify trends and leading indicatorsModel pricing scenarios to predict the impact of changes on business performanceReview daily order activity to ensure pricing accuracyManage the RFQ pricing mailbox and respond to requests in a timely mannerCoordinate with Product Management to ensure pricing aligns with margin targetsReview and validate customer pricing credit claimsSet up new customers and pricing structures within the Customer Master systemMaintain and update pricing structures using Advanced Pricing in EnterpriseOne (E1)Ensure accuracy and integrity of pricing data across systemsSupport new item setup processes and manage NIR pricing requestsPrepare recurring sales reports and pricing analyses for internal and external stakeholdersGenerate customer-facing price sheets and RFQ responses in required formatsSupport Product Marketing with segmentation analysis and market share trackingIdentify data inconsistencies and recommend corrective actionsWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations, or related analytical field required3–5 years of relevant experience in pricing, financial analysis, or data analyticsExperience working with pricing systems and ERP tools preferredStrong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skillsAdvanced Excel skills (pivot tables, modeling, graphing)Experience with SQL, PowerPoint, and data visualization techniques preferredStrong attention to detail and data accuracyAbility to manage complex issues and make sound decisionsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to meet deadlines and manage multiple prioritiesHighly analytical thinker with strong attention to detailOrganized professional who can prioritize and manage multiple projectsEffective communicator who works well across teamsCreative and resourceful problem-solverWhat’s in it for you?Competitive compensation packageFull Benefits – Medical, Dental, Vision, and more!Paid Time Off401(k) matchingOpportunity to get in with an industry leading organizationTeam-oriented culture
