Job summary

A leading food manufacturer is looking for a Pricing Analyst to join their team in Fort Snelling Unorganized Territory. The successful candidate will drive revenue by managing pricing strategies and conducting profitability analyses to influence business growth. This role requires a Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience. The position offers a competitive salary, with a range between $52,500 - $87,500 annually, plus benefits and an annual incentive bonus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent work experience) and 3+ years in pricing, financial analysis, or analytical role.
Highly organized, systems-driven, managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel. Familiarity with SAP, BEX, Cognos/UKG is a plus.

Develop, manage, and optimize pricing for assigned region or business segment.
Conduct in-depth financial, cost, and competitive analyses for pricing decisions.
Own the end-to-end process for pricing proposals, including contract review.
Influence revenue through smart pricing recommendations and margin analysis.
Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Marketing, R&D, and Accounting for pricing execution.
Support Sales Managers and Brokers by delivering training on pricing systems.
Maintain pricing databases and audit data for accuracy.

Responsibilities

Execute Pricing Strategy: Develop, manage, and optimize pricing for your assigned region or business segment to win bids and drive profitability.
Analyze & Advise: Conduct in-depth financial, cost, and competitive analyses to support data-driven pricing decisions.
Project Manage Bids: Own the end-to-end process for pricing proposals, including contract review, internal coordination, and bid submissions.
Drive Business Impact: Influence revenue through smart pricing recommendations, margin analysis, and identifying profit opportunities.
Cross-Functional Partner: Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Marketing, R&D, and Accounting to ensure accurate and timely pricing execution.
Coach & Train: Support Sales Managers and Brokers by delivering training and guidance on pricing systems and best practices.
Monitor & Report: Maintain pricing databases, audit data for accuracy, and provide recurring and ad hoc reports to bid pricing manager.

Qualifications

Bachelor\’s Degree (or equivalent professional work experience) and 3+ years of experience in a pricing, financial analysis, or analytical focused role.
Highly organized, systems-driven, and confident managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
MS Office, especially Excel. SAP, BEX, Cognos/UKG would be helpful.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $52,500 - $87,500 annually with eligibility for a 5% annual incentive bonus, which is based on organizational performance. The salary range represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
