Avanos Medical in Alpharetta, GA seeks a Pricing Analyst to manage list, distributor and end-user pricing. You will analyze price requests, support Marketing with margin targets, and ensure data integrity in Vistex/SAP S4.

Ideal candidates have advanced Excel, sharp attention to detail and the ability to work with Sales, Finance and Customer Service to deliver accurate pricing insights. This office-based role requires Tue-Thu on-site.

Responsabilités

• Review and approve/reject end user price agreement requests.
• Implement price increases as outlined by Marketing.
• Load and maintain price agreements and conditions in Vistex/SAP S4.
• Research and respond to internal/external pricing inquiries.
• Analyze effects of pricing on margins and profitability.
• Provide price analysis to Marketing as needed.
• Coordinate data consistency across SFDC, Vistex/S4, and reporting.
• Meet departmental KPIs; handle ad hoc pricing reports.

The Role

The Pricing Analyst is responsible for the efficient and effective management of Avanos pricing as it relates to list prices, distributor, and end user pricing. This position is responsible for analysis of submitted price requests to support Marketing for each business category's margin and profitability targets. The incumbent is the subject matter expert for their assigned area and is the primary contact for problem analysis and resolution support. This position is accountable for gathering information requirements and working with the business to define standards and rules to ensure data integrity and is compliant with defined information and policies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review and approval/rejection of end user price agreement requests
• Implement price increases as outlined by Marketing
• Accurate loading and maintenance price agreement and conditions in Vistex/SAP S4
• Research, correspondence and response to requests from internal and external stakeholders
• Analyze effects of requested pricing on margins and profitability
• Supporting Marketing by providing accurate and detailed price analysis as needed
• Working in support of sales team, customer service, finance and reporting to ensure consistency of data between SFDC, Vistex/S4, reported sales tracing data and expected results
• Ability to meet defined departmental and functional KPI's
• Ad hoc sales reporting and analysis requests

Required:

• Advanced Excel skills required (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, Index, Scenario Analysis, Data Manipulation, Nested Functions and Statistical Analysis tools)
• High attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• The ability to change focus quickly to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
• Looking for a team player with high level of dedication
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• Position will be based in Alpharetta and and expected to work in the office Tuesday - Thursday.

Preferred:

• Experience in key systems including SAP, BI/BW
