arc Thrift Stores is seeking a Pricer to help manage pricing and merchandising across its donation-based inventory in Lakewood, CO. The role emphasizes maintaining accurate item prices using a price grid, stocking and displaying merchandise, and ensuring seasonal items are available and properly labeled for the sales floor.

The Pricer will also support the store team in achieving sales targets, adjusting prices for slow-moving items, and assisting customers in a fast-paced thrift-store

Responsabilités

• Achieves department sales targets by reviewing department sales targets weekly with the store manager and supervisor.
• Maintain target price per item and use the price grid as a guideline.
• Supply the store with merchandise by sorting, hanging, and pricing donations for assigned departments.
• Display merchandise in designated area(s) on the sales floor.
• Ensure an adequate daily supply of merchandise to assigned departments.
• Keep production area clean and stocked.
• Adjust prices up or down to maximize value when items are not selling or sell too quickly.
• Keep sales floor shoppable by ragging, balancing, and rotating seasonal merchandise.
• Assist customers and perform other duties as assigned.

Ensures an adequate supply of seasonal merchandise by sorting out-of-season merchandise.
