Goodwill Industries of Northeast Texas seeks a detail-oriented Hard Lines Pricer Floater to price donations and assist shoppers, ensuring quality and value while supporting our mission. In this full-time hourly role you will price merchandise, maintain a clean pricing area, stock and display items, and follow agency policies.

You’ll work closely with teammates to deliver a welcoming shopping experience and uphold our core values of service, stewardship, and inclusion.

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Valid photo ID is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure 100% donor and customer satisfaction.
• Price merchandise following a baseline price guide, with special pricing for items of unique or exceptional value.
• Maintain a clean and organized pricing area and transport merchandise to various facility locations (sales floor, stockroom, etc.).
• Stock, display, and rotate merchandise on shelves and perform markdowns according to agency policies.
• Follow all Goodwill policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.
• Achieve production goals consistently to support timely inventory processing.
• Attend training sessions and stay up-to-date on merchandise knowledge, industry trends, and pricing standards.

Job Classification: Full-Time (Hourly)

Summary: Goodwill Industries of Northeast Texas seeks a detail-oriented Merchandise Pricer to join our team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring our donations meet quality standards for our customers, supporting Goodwill's mission through thoughtful selection and pricing of donations. You'll contribute to creating a welcoming shopping experience while upholding our organization's core values of service, stewardship, and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure 100% donor and customer satisfaction.
• Price merchandise following a baseline price guide, with special pricing for items of unique or exceptional value.

• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and a positive, friendly attitude.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid photo ID is required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Reliable transportation and manual dexterity are required.
• Ability to perform job duties that require prolonged standing, physical exertion, and occasionally lifting up to 40 lbs.

Physical Demands:
