Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Domain Consultant 2 to lead end-to-end pricing solution implementations, focusing on PriceFX modules. You will engage clients to capture requirements, design configurations, and coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with ERP/CRM systems.

Strong documentation, benchmarking, and process optimization are essential. You will analyze business processes, conduct third-party product research, and contribute to SOP development, while guiding project teams

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; relocation/travel possible.
Experience leading pricing/implementation projects and with PriceFX is preferred.
Strong analytical, documentation, and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze client business processes to identify optimization opportunities and align with industry standards.
Facilitate benchmarking studies and coordinate with stakeholders on performance alignment.
Collaborate with technical teams to document customizations and draft SOPs.
Conduct in-depth research on third-party products and provide comparative analyses.
Coordinate solution implementation, address setup issues, and maintain SOPs for stability.
Provide regular project updates and maintain clear stakeholder communication.
Lead the configuration and customization of PriceFX modules for integration.
Drive continuous improvement and leverage domain knowledge for client success.
