Job Summary

The Pricebook and Inventory Specialist will report into the Support Services Team and will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of product pricing and item record practices of the item master; pricing data is current and reflects any promotions or changes.?

Responsibilities

· Pricebook Management:

o Maintain and update product price books, including pricing, descriptions, and associated data.?

o Ensure items are set up correctly to meet the financial and revenue recognition requirements.

· Data Management:

o Oversee the flow and integrity of product information within relevant systems.

o Maintain Item record accuracy and resolving discrepancies including but not limited to the manufacturer and vendor numbers, estimated labor hours, and product families.

o Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

· Communication and Collaboration:

o Support regional branches by providing training and support on price book related matters and inventory processes.

o Communicating pricing and inventory information to relevant stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and logistics.?

o Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.?

· Process Improvement:

o Identifying and assisting in implementing improvements to pricing and inventory management processes.?

o Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.?

Knowledge, Skill & Other Requirements

· Oracle NetSuite Experience Preferred.

· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

· Knowledge of inventory management systems and software.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.

· 2-3 years’ experience with price book management and/or inventory control.

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.?
