Job summary

RDSolutions in Kansas is seeking a Field Representative to support our stores with flexible schedules in a part-time role. No experience needed; you can work within the store's open hours and adjust your shifts around classes.

You will wear casual dress, receive initial training, and earn productivity-based pay with a guaranteed minimum plus upside. Duties include collecting items in aisles, driving time reimbursed, and opportunities for learning and development.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company app and receive assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid auto insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery store contexts.
