Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking a Field Representative for flexible student-friendly hours in Minnesota. No experience is required, and you can work within store hours to fit study needs. The role emphasizes accountability, reliability, and customer interactions.

You'll receive initial training, a guaranteed minimum pay with upside based on productivity, and benefits including 401k with match, paid drive time, and mileage reimbursement. Dress is casual.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerators and freezers as some projects require collection of items in store aisles.
