Job summary

Unilever Jefferson City is seeking a Pre-Weigh Technician to weigh batches for lotions, shampoos, and conditioners. You will use scales, monitor processes, and ensure proper inventory handling. The role includes operating forklifts after certification and supporting production with accurate measurements.

The position offers a 6:00am–6:15pm shift on a 2/2/3 schedule, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career advancement at the Jefferson City plant.

Qualifications

Technical skills as described in responsibilities.
Ability to perform primary calculations and measurements.
Comfort with using SAP/plant scheduling systems and Rockwell software.

Responsibilities

Weigh ingredients for product batches using scales.
Monitor weighing accuracy and report faulty equipment.
Release and track items in the inventory/PSA systems; manage FIFO transfers.
Operate forklift/pallet jack after training and certification.
Identify equipment deficiencies and report them.
Assist with hazardous waste handling per procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
