Responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance on machines, diagnosing equipment issues, and assisting with routine cleaning and sorting tasks as part of a team or independently, in compliance with all safety rules

Responsibilities

Has a fundamental responsibility to ensure product safety and quality as it applies to all duties listed below.
Evaluates, and takes appropriate action to maintain a safe work environment with established standards and guidelines.
Responsible for performing preventative maintenance on machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance, extend asset life, and prevent costly breakdowns.
Know and apply written safety procedures.
Inspect work areas and look for unsafe acts.
Complete projects/assignments safely and efficiently.
Maintains a clean and safe working environment.
Ability to follow schedules and work independently or as part of a team.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose equipment issues.
Perform sweeping, cleaning, and sorting duties as necessary.
Perform all duties in accordance with safety rules and procedures.
