TRG Maintenance LLC is seeking a dependable Preventive Maintenance Technician to perform scheduled PM on HVAC systems, refrigeration, and building equipment across our service region. You will inspect, clean, and adjust components, document activities, and help identify potential issues before they impact operations.

Based out of Westerville, OH, this full-time role requires an EPA certification, 1–3 years of maintenance experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification required.
• 1–3 years of preventive or general maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical equipment.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and time management skills.
• Reliable and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on HVAC systems and building mechanical equipment.
• Inspect equipment and facilities to identify wear, damage, or potential issues.
• Complete minor repairs and adjustments as needed.
• Replace filters, belts, lubricate components, and perform general upkeep.
• Accurately document maintenance activities and report findings to management.
• Ensure all work complies with company standards and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Travel to customer locations as required using company vehicle.

Key Responsibilities
