U-Haul International, Inc. in Turtle Creek, PA is seeking a preventive maintenance technician to service Ford and GMC trucks and help keep our fleet reliable for customers. You will use the company’s tools and participate in the Technician Training Program to grow your skills.

You will perform oil changes, tire and brake maintenance, and occasional road tests, with safety as a priority. The role includes a $100 Hiring Bonus and opportunities for advancement in a family-friendly culture.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical aptitude required.
• Driver’s license required.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with basic tech tools.

Responsibilities

• Secure trucks on lifts and ramps.
• Lubricate suspensions, perform oil changes and replace minor parts.
• Perform tire and brake maintenance.
• Occasionally road-test vehicles.
• Use a proprietary pre-inspection checklist.
• Lend assistance in additional areas as necessary under supervisor guidance.
