Primary Responsibilities

• Educating patients on the importance ofpreventive screenings, such as cancer screenings, immunizations, andannual wellness visits.
• Developing and delivering group or individualhealth education sessions to enhance patient awareness of preventive careoptions.
• Working with interdisciplinary care teams todevelop preventive health education materials and initiatives.
• Participating in outreach events, workshops,and community health fairs to raise awareness about preventive healthservices.
