US Heart & Vascular is seeking a compassionate Advanced Practice Provider to join our preventive cardiology team in Cumming and Johns Creek, Georgia. The role will focus on outpatient cardiovascular care, cardiometabolic risk management, and coordination with a supervising physician to deliver high-quality care.

The ideal candidate has an accredited NP or PA program credential, Georgia licensure or eligibility, and a cardiology or critical care nursing background.

Qualifications

• Active license in the state of Georgia, or license‑eligible.
• Cardiology experience preferred; strong cardiovascular or critical care nursing background also considered.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work both collaboratively and independently.

Responsabilités

• Conduct outpatient clinic visits, including chronic disease management and cardiovascular risk‑factor evaluation.
• Manage patients with cardiometabolic conditions, heart failure, and atrial fibrillation.
• Collaborate with the supervising physician to ensure efficient, coordinated patient flow.
• Provide patient education and support diagnostic testing as needed.
• Work toward independent clinic coverage as training and experience progress.
