Job summary

US Heart & Vascular is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) for outpatient preventive cardiology in the Cumming/ Johns Creek area. The role includes cardiometabolic risk management, heart failure, and atrial fibrillation care with a Monday–Friday clinic schedule and no on-call obligations.

The successful candidate will split time between the Cumming and Johns Creek offices, working under a physician-led team with hands-on training and opportunities for independent clinic

Qualifications

• Active license in the state of Georgia, or license-eligible.
• Cardiology experience preferred; strong cardiovascular or critical care nursing background also considered.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work both collaboratively and independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outpatient clinic visits, including chronic disease management and cardiovascular risk-factor evaluation.
• Manage patients with cardiometabolic conditions, heart failure, and atrial fibrillation.
• Collaborate with the supervising physician to ensure efficient, coordinated patient flow.
• Provide patient education and support diagnostic testing as needed.
• Work toward independent clinic coverage as training and experience progress.

Position Highlights

Clinical Opportunity
