Position: PREVENTIVE CARDIOLOGIST
Salary Range: $400,000 to $460,000

Boone Heart Institute is seeking an outstanding preventive cardiologist to join our fast-growing private practice in Greenwood Village, a beautiful south suburb of Denver, Colorado. Our unique family run, multispecialty practice has been on the cutting edge of heart disease prevention for more than 15 years, attracting patients and corporate clients from the United States and around the world. This position offers the distinct opportunity to practice medicine in a completely independent, entrepreneurial environment. We are proud of our team-focused, help-first culture and our powerful emphasis on high-quality patient care. Our practice is uniquely structured to allow our doctors to focus solely on medicine. We are outpatient only – there are no call duties, and our doctors typically see 6 to 8 patients a day. Our support staff handles all administrative, billing, and insurance tasks, so our physicians are not buried under paperwork at the end of the day. Our new provider will join a team of physicians, sonographers, and other medical professionals dedicated to the eradication of heart disease and stroke.
Candidates are expected to have expertise in the specialized care of heart disease, preventive cardiology, competency in reading echocardiograms, as well as general cardiology/internal medicine. Proficiency in echocardiography is not required but is desirable and would be complementary to the practice. Advanced familiarity with the latest in coronary CTA is also desirable. Additional responsibilities include participation in cardiovascular screening events for first responders, professional sports teams (NFL & MLB), and corporate clients around the nation. Teaching students, fellows, and engaging in scholarly activities are also expected in accordance with Boone Heart’s mission of care.
Candidates are required to be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Cardiology/Cardiovascular Disease/Internal Medicine and be eligible for a Colorado State License.
