Compass Health, Inc. is seeking a Prevention Specialist to empower students in a school-based program in Wentzville. The role is part-time, approximately 20 hours per week across 3–4 days, with middle school hours and varying days.

You will work with school staff to deliver prevention programming, connect students to resources, and support early intervention and wellness efforts in elementary and middle schools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
  • Mental Health related field preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and agency required automobile coverage.

  • Complete timely and accurate documentation and monthly billing

Compensation: $19.37 / hour

Description

Help empower students to make healthy choices and build brighter futures as a Prevention Specialist.

Schedule: Approximately 20 hours/week, 3-4 days/week; middle school hours, days of week will vary.

The Prevention Specialist plays a key role in delivering school-based prevention programming that supports the well-being and resilience of elementary and middle school students. This position partners closely with school staff to connect students to helpful resources, respond to concerns with care, and contribute to a positive, supportive learning environment. You’ll be part of a collaborative team focused on early intervention, education, and promoting overall wellness.

Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience

Work Experience/Training/Additional Requirements:
