Job summary

Goldbelt Glacier is seeking a Prevention Coordinator to support the National Guard Bureau's SAP/SPP programs, delivering information briefings and data management across DAMIS and ALURRT systems.

The role requires strong organizational, briefing, and communication skills, with the ability to train service members and coordinate statewide prevention activities, including weekend tasks as needed. A Bachelor's degree with relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least four years of experience in Substance Abuse Prevention, Suicide Prevention, or Resilience, and program & case management.
• Experience in instructing and briefing across varied audiences.
• Ability to work a variable schedule, including many weekends when state units train.

Responsibilities

• Shall provide information briefing (Quarterly) on State and National level Substance Abuse and Suicide Prevention.
• Shall input SAP and SP training and applicable information into the Drug and Alcohol Management Information System (DAMIS) and ALURRT within 48 hours of receipt.
• Shall electronically report all scheduled SAP and SP training within 48 hours of training completion.
• Shall input all assessment/referral and treatment data of Service Members into DAMIS within 24 hours of appointment.
• Shall coordinate and conduct SAP Training for Service members, families and ARNG units; includes annual and targeted prevention training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
