Together for Youth in Buffalo, NY seeks a Family Specialist to provide case management and family-focused services to at-risk youth and families.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, at least 1 year of relevant experience, on-call responsibilities, and travel within Monroe County. It emphasizes crisis intervention, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with diverse populations. Bilingual ability is a plus.
Staff work remotely from home and are required to travel throughout Monroe County for weekly and/or monthly case visits at clients' homes, schools, community sites, and other case-related locations.
