The anticipated base salary for the Prevention & Wellness Specialist I position is $42,586.11 to $46,142.60. The anticipated base salary for the Prevention & Wellness Specialist II is $47,335.75 to $50,892.24. Actual compensation offered within this range will be determined based on the candidate's experience, education, qualifications (knowledge, skills, and abilities), geographic location, complexity of role, and other relevant business considerations. We kindly ask that candidates do not discuss compensation until after an offer of employment is extended.
This position requires the employee to perform a variety of physical activities, which may include sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching. The role may require lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling materials weighing up to 25 pounds. The position also requires the ability to engage in tasks that involve close visual focus and the ability to communicate in typical work environments. Local travel is required, with occasional regional, state, or national travel as needed to fulfill job responsibilities.
