Under the direction of the Manager, this position is responsible for coordinating and delivering prevention and wellness education activities to Maryland Medicaid recipients. The Prevention and Wellness Program is specifically designed to promote the importance and benefits of accessing timely preventive and well care through targeted member/provider education and outreach initiatives.
